Social Activities
Having positive interactions with our peers are vital not just for mental and emotional wellbeing but also at building and improving social skills.
Some of the many benefits building confidence, self-esteem, self-awareness, independence, reinforcing thinking of others and, of course, building friendships and happiness.

We also haven’t forgotten about the parents, guardians and carers. You are more than welcome to stay and enjoy a coffee and a chat or you may choice to take the opportunity to do shopping or work done, appointments, visit friends and family, get a haircut or even go home and enjoy the time for yourself. You and your wellbeing are just as important!
The social activities are in small groups with no more than 3 people in a group. We have done it this way so they are not over whelmed and their voice will be heard. This will also help encourage building healthy and supported friendships. A qualified career will be in charge of the group to ensure the participants safety and overall wellbeing.
