WHO WE ARE?
Disability Workforce
We have been operating our family company Jamaha Services Pty Ltd since its incorporation in 2006 being 15 years. In this time, we have gained knowledge and experience in all types of services within the cleaning, property maintenance and property management sectors. We are able to coordinate and deliver a tailored package to meet our client’s requirements from basic cleaning, programmed maintenance, office hygiene cleaning, test and tagging and reducing wastage and the implementation of recycling. Our biggest client is 7-Eleven whom we have been contracted for 12 years with our servicing available to over their 300 stores throughout Victoria.

We are actively providing House Cleaning, Gardening and Property Maintenance (Handyman Duties), to disadvantaged people in our community that need our assistance. This is all done whilst educating by example to community members what people with disabilities are capable of!
By using your NDIS Participants NDIS Plan – Core Supports, you can gain the skills in domestic cleaning and property maintenance.
- Learn how to house clean, garden and general maintenance (max 1:4 ratio)
- Providing a positive service to the community.
- Learn how to develop and maintain daily life skills.
- Socialise with other participants and people in community.
- Encouraging atmosphere and Mentors.
- Build up on independence. Use these learnt skills around your own home.
- Once component, option for paid employment through our Social Enterprise Employment Scheme.

By using your NDIS Participants NDIS Plan – Core Supports, you can enjoy playing golf.
- Number of participants (max 1:4 ratio)
- Socialise and make new friends, be part of a group activity and connect with others.
- Develop new skills whilst challenging and expressing yourself in an encouraging atmosphere and Mentors.
- Be active and Get Fit or just simply get out and about.
- We are here to make it happen and will ensure all equipment supplied
